Are Children Allowed?

Yes, this is a family-friendly wedding.

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting, followed immediately by an indoor cocktail hour and reception. In Sisters, a high desert area, November days can be warm, but evenings often drop close to freezing. Please check the weather forecast in advance, as temperatures can range from the upper 60s to much cooler conditions, with the possibility of rain.

What Time Should I Arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat.

Will Transportation Be Provided?
No, transportation will not be provided. Please plan your travel to the venue accordingly. Checkout the travel info section if you need transportation services from Redmond Airport.

Is Parking Available at the Venue?
Yes, plenty of parking is available at the venue.

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our photographers to capture the moment. Feel free to take photos & Videos during the reception!

Will There Be an Open Bar?
There will be a Partial bar during the reception (Beer, Wine, & Cider). Other Alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.

What Time Does the Celebration End?
The festivities are planned to wrap up at 11:00 PM.

Can I Update My RSVP After Submitting It?

What Should I Do If I Can’t Attend?
If you’re unable to attend, please let us know by the RSVP link or emailing jamesonj10@gmail.com. We’ll miss you but understand!
